Prepare Package
Carefully place the items in their original E. Marinella gift box and shipping carton, ensuring all silk accessories are folded according to the included care guide.
Attach Label
Affix the pre-paid courier shipping label provided in your original shipment or downloaded from our portal to the outside of the package.
Final Inspection
Once received at our Naples workshop, our quality control team will inspect the items before issuing a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
